CEO & Head Coach
Holding an MBA and BBA from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi. She is also a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi Class XXX. Kendra was an inaugural selection to Corpus Christi’s Top 40 Under 40 list in 2006 and was a Y Women in Careers Honoree in 2005.
Kendra was one of the first coaches on Coach.me and has coached over 1,500 clients, developed our signature coaching training – Habit Coach Certification.
Kendra is a visionary leader driving mission and strategy, facilitating culture and values alignment within our team and broader coaches’ community.
COO & Executive Coach
Lidia has 13+ years of successful corporate career at PwC and as CFO, Executive MBA from LBS.
She is also Erickson’s Professional Coach, Certified Values Coach, and Certified Habit Coach with 7 years of coaching experience.
Lidia is a driving force responsible for daily operations of BetterHumans and Coach.me. She oversees design and delivery of signature products and programs across our verticals.
Mihai graduated with a Computer Science degree, then ignored it to be a high school teacher, dance instructor and productivity coach. Ten years ago, he fell in love with Ruby on Rails (a language designed for developer happiness) and started programming again.
He is excited for the opportunity to mentor the developer team for BetterHumans and the Coach.me platform.
Executive Coach & Podcast Host
As business coach for entrepreneurs he helps to scale sustainable positive impact. He is a sparring partner for founders and management teams on long-term goals and helping them to stick to their decisions as accountability partner.
Erno asks tough questions and listens carefully. Skills he acquired from interviewing over 350 guests in three podcast shows, including the weekly Better Leaders show, live every Friday at 9.00AM Central.
Coach Trainer Emeritus
After using habits to lose 30 lbs, Malica launched a virtual group helping 1000+ women do the same. Committed to serving and growing her coaching expertise, she completed the Coach.me Habit Certification program. Shortly after, she jumped at the opportunity to support budding habit coaches on their journey in the HCC program. Now a Certified Tiny Habits coach, when she isn’t practicing her own small IF habits, she wears her techie hat as a Service Design Lead and mentor at Accenture.
Support CoordinatorKristen Cox is a writer with over 15 years of experience in business development, team leadership, sales and marketing in both the legal and non-profit arenas. Whether creating procedure manuals, streamlining processes, or building teams, Kristen’s level of professionalism and detailed support is unmatched. Kristen joined Coach.me as our Marketing and Support Specialist and currently develops our social media strategy and content creation.
Ronnie joined the Coach.me team in July of 2022 with the hope to bring fresh ideas, eyes and perspective on the product development side of things. With more than 17 years of systems experience, he understands the power of good habits, practice, dedication and consistency required to be successful.
Concierge EmeritusCherry learned the power of regular creative practice when she made an artwork every day for 365 days. She jumped at the opportunity to become a habit coach on Coach.me when it transitioned from the Lift App back in 2015. In autumn 2020, she took on the additional role of Concierge to help new coaches get the most out of the platform.
Berenike Schriewer, Ph.D.
Berenike (who also goes by Bere) learned about the power of habit challenges while taking a 30-day video challenge. She has since created various habit challenges for herself (reading 30+ books in 30 days, writing 30 articles in 30 days, etc.) and other people (a 30-day decluttering challenge). In 2019, with the help of Tony Stubblebine, she created the Cross-Promotion Challenge for coach.me which has helped our coaches promote their services ever since!
